This part-time role sits within the International Office and a key aim of this department is to deliver international student recruitment numbers to the University and international exchange opportunities to its students.   A key aspect of the role is also to support the University in its internationalisation initiative.

 Specifically this role will provide a dedicated approach to the following:-

  • Support for the International Mobility Manager - Study Abroad and Erasmus+  in implementation of the Erasmus+ and Study Abroad function within the University, working in conjunction with Schools
  • Assist with the promotion of exchange possibilities to UK students
  • Advising incoming and outgoing exchange and fee-paying students, as well as occasionally liaising with overseas partners and the Erasmus+ National Agency (British Council), to ensure the smooth running of the function
  • Administering of Erasmus funding both to students and academics
  • Data inputting of student and staff mobilities on dedicated EU online database

 This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2, therefore we can only accept applications from candidates who already have the right to work in UK.
