Category: Professional Support | Department: Division of Education | Closing Date: 26 Feb 2017 | Two Programme Administration Managers are required to cover maternity leave for 1 year for immediate starts in April. One post is full-time (5 days = 35 hours per week), the other part-time (3.5 days = 24.5 hours per week).
The postholders will manage the day-to-day support and administration of a designated distance learning MSc programme, working closely with the Programme Directors and ensuring the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and staff. The postholders will have line-management and budgetary responsibility, and should have a range of skills and experience as detailed in the further particulars.
The salary will be on the Professional Support Pathway Grade 5 scale in the range £33,006 - £37,889 per annum pro-rata (inclusive of London Weighting). The posts will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year for the full-time position, 21 days for the part-time position. In addition to this, there are discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. Due to the examination workload throughout June and July, staff within the DL Office cannot take significant annual leave during these months.
