Reporting into the Head of Service Delivery, you will lead and manage the Applications Support Team; a team of analysts and solutions architects who provide business application development, configuration and support services for the University. The role will be responsible for prioritising and coordinating all applications management activities including design, configuration and build and subsequent life-cycle support including, but not limited to solution architecture, file systems, databases, interfaces, OS, and delivery platforms. In addition to managing, the introduction of new applications as part of new business change initiatives the role will manage the prioritisation, coordination and/or supervision of reactive support, problem management, planned maintenance, and small applications changes as appropriate.
