Category: Operational/Admin Support/Manual/Specialist | Faculty/Division: Student Recruitment | Department: Directors Office | Location: Hull | Post Type: Part Time | Closing Date: 15 Sep 2014 | We require an administor to work part-time 18.25 hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.   The Access, Funding and Support Office is part of the Student Recruitment Directorate and with the Office for Schools, Colleges and Liaison supports the Director in the continued development of a strategic approach to Access/Widening Participation (WP), including the production, implementation and evaluation of the University’s Access Agreement. The Access, Funding and Support Administrator will provide administrative support to staff and students.   You will have knowledge and experience of working in an office environment covering a range of tasks and have experience of using a broad range of software products including Microsoft Office.  You will be required to carry out a wide range of duties including: data input; raising purchase orders; completing spreadsheets to monitor spend against the University’s outreach and retention budget. You will also be required to take notes at meetings.  Good oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to work well within a team environment.  To discuss this role informally, please contact Helen Taylor, T 01482 465373, E h.taylor@hull.ac.uk
