An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lincoln graduate in the University's Finance Department as a Graduate Trainee. The post holder will join the Business Partnering team, who are responsible for supporting the Colleges and Professional Services across the University to ensure financial targets in line with overall strategic objectives are met.
Part of the role will be working as a business partner to support the delivery of timely and accurate University wide financial information, including management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
The role holder will be expected to undertake a programme of professional study towards an accounting qualification through a level 7 degree apprenticeship. This will be funded by the University in accordance with the department study policy.
We are looking for someone with drive and amibition, with a commitment to studying and continuing professional development. Excellent numerical and communication skills are essential for this role.
