The position of a Student Caller/Assistant with the Queen?s Annual Fund involves contacting Queen?s graduates by telephone for a variety of reasons which include updating their details, finding out what they have gone on to do since graduating, informing them of the latest news and events and asking them if they are able to make a donation towards the Annual Fund.

Qualifications
  • Registered students at Queen?s University Belfast for academic year 2024 ? 2025 and for the full period that these posts are available, graduates will also be eligible.
  • All students for whom English is not their first language must have a pass mark of 8.5 in the writing and speaking band of IELTS (International English Language Test Score) (Please note proof of IELTS results or equivalent will be required before the post can be assigned).

Queen?s Sport and Queen?s GAA wish to appoint a part time GAA Administrative assistant for Queen?s University Belfast. The post holder will assist Queen?s GAA to administer, co-ordinate and support the delivery of Club and Student Development, Events, Participation and Performance programmes, projects and initiatives.

These duties provide a framework for the role and should not be regarded as a definitive list. Other reasonable duties may be required consistent with the grade of the post.

This role will be based on up to 10 hours a week from September 2024 to March 2025 (this is a temporary role with the possibility of extension & additional hours). The role will mainly be based between Queen's Sport PEC & Queen's Sport Upper Malone however, some travel may be required.

Rugby Development Assistant (Casual 10 hour post)

Queen?s Sport is seeking an enthusiastic and creative person to join our team as a Rugby Development Assistant. This role is perfect for someone passionate about rugby and skilled in social media or content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for our rugby programs across social media platforms.
  • Program Support: Assist the Rugby Development Officer in designing and delivering the QUB Tag programme and launching the student social touch rugby series.
  • Promotion: Work with staff and student groups to promote rugby initiatives, including beginner programs like ?Give it a Try? and ?Rugby Ready,? focusing on female participation.
  • Outreach: Lead projects aimed at increasing rugby participation among underrepresented student groups, including international and mixed-ability students.
