The Registry is seeking to recruit a full-time Student Immigration & Compliance Administrator. Working as a part of the Student Immigration Team, you will assist colleagues in the day to day management of immigration and compliance processes to ensure that the School maintains its Student Visa sponsor status.
You will be an experienced and efficient administrator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, in addition to preferably having the experience of processing Student Visa CAS applications. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of using a range of administrative systems and reporting tools to perform tasks in a timely and professional manner, and you will have excellent interpersonal skills. Note: training will be provided if you do not have previous CAS applications processing experience.
The post is full-time 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and permanent. The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale Grade 3 in the range £26,188 - £29,566 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
