About the role
Located within the Residential Services department of the University the post holder will be responsible for the front-line customer service of the Residence Life service (Reslife). The post holder will deliver an outstanding customer service and be responsible for providing a professional support service to the Residence Life Office by effectively acting as the first contact point for the Residence Life Team.
They will also be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the Residence Life facilities, ensuring quality services are delivered in compliance with legislative requirements, relevant service specifications and key performance indicators. The candidate will need to ensure that they uphold the University values of being “Brilliant and Friendly” always, and act as a role model to others
There may be a requirement to drive to the other accommodation sites for open days and events that Staffs University manage to ensure consistency of delivery of the accommodation offer.
