The role is varied and involves activities from assisting with maintaining commercial and individual student accounts, applying receipts to invoices using our Oracle Fusion Financial System, resolving queries, liaising with other areas within the University, assisting with payments/refunds to dealing with instalment plans and University debtors.

Applicants must be self-driven, have attention to detail and be able to process high volumes of work as well as having the ability to work both within an environment of teamwork as well as independently with a commitment to delivering great customer experience.
